Refund Policy
No change of mind refunds: Orders cannot be refunded simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.
Damaged products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Wrong items received: If you receive an incorrect product or size due to an error on our part, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
Quality complaints: If you experience a genuine product quality issue, please contact our team with your order details and supporting pictures or videos.
Approved refunds: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through an agreed payment method.
Exchange Policy
Baby diapers and wet wipes are hygiene products. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Unopened products may be considered for exchange only if the wrong item was supplied or an error occurred on our part.
Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.
Wrong Size Ordered
Please check our diaper size guide before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Size exchanges due to incorrect customer selection are not guaranteed.
Opened or used diaper packs cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel contains a damaged product, a missing item, or an incorrect product:
Contact Snappies customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and clear pictures or an unboxing video, where available.
Our team will review your complaint and guide you through the resolution process.
Delivery Charges
If an exchange or return is required due to an error on our part, Snappies will cover the applicable return and replacement delivery
